One great speaker after another, presenting both real world, usable content and the inspiration needed to drive change in your organization. This, coupled with well thought out content curation and conference organization, left me wondering if I was at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ted.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">TED<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.burningman.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Burning Man<\/a>, or in fact a social intranet conference.<\/p>\n<p>The crew at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thoughtfarmer.com\" target=\"_blank\">ThoughtFarmer<\/a> has put together a great <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thoughtfarmer.com\/blog\/2011\/10\/13\/social-intranet-summit-in-review-balancing-practice-theory-and-inspiration\/\" target=\"_blank\">compilation<\/a> of video, music, photos, tweets and musings summarizing the event.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Here is a look at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thoughtfarmer.com\/blog\/2011\/10\/13\/social-intranet-summit-in-review-balancing-practice-theory-and-inspiration\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">what you missed<\/span><\/a> and a hint of what is to come next year.<\/span><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2011 Social Intranet Summit This year&#8217;s Social Intranet Summit was even better than the last. This blog is my attempt to share what I have learned working with Global 2000 companies over the last 26 years to solve various instantiations of these same challenges. I do not have all of the answers, and I fully suspect that through the process of researching, talking to others and writing, I will likely learn as much as anyone who reads these posts. At the very least, by the time I retire, maybe I will have documented enough knowledge and insight to have helped someone,
