It’s an exciting time to be a business adopting social solutions. <\/strong><\/h2>\n

The previous industry one-size-fits-all approach is no longer relevant. In the past, customers purchased generic solutions and found they were left with gaps in effectiveness and efficiency.<\/p>\n

As social business evolves, solution providers are recognizing different industries have fundamentally different needs for capabilities and functions of social tools. Especially for highly regulated industries, such as insurance<\/a>, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, having specialized social solutions is essential for successful operations.<\/p>\n

Because of these specialized needs, our team is seeing trends in the marketplace where clients are expecting more customized social tools to meet their specific business objectives and challenges.<\/p>\n
