Senior Consultant

Your Background

      • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of consulting, technology and/or change management.

What You’ll Do

Drive real business results utilizing social processes and technologies. Solve enterprise business problems using cutting edge technologies in an entrepreneurial environment.


Primary Responsibilities

      • Understand clients’ needs and translate them into enterprise social solutions
      • Use a structured approach to capture requirements, working with clients and other team members in a highly dynamic environment
      • Work with clients to identify, validate and document business objectives through workshops, interviews and discovery sessions
            • Identify opportunities to improve business results through implementing social tools and processes
            • Develop business use cases
            • Consolidate multiple perspectives into well-defined objectives, requirements and initial recommendations
      • Aid in the translation of business requirements to technology and operational requirements
      • Provide for ongoing measurement and analytics to both measure success and drive adoption
      • Maintain a high-level of product knowledge and understanding of new and existing social technologies
      • Work with the broader team (and senior strategists) to define social business strategy and build social plans that meet the needs of the business as well as the target audience
      • Conduct primary research to provide insights into our clients’ market, competitors, brands, products and services
      • Conduct research for prospect presentations
      • Support senior advisors on sales calls, proposal development and resource estimating
      • Ability to influence others without having to invoke direct authority
      • Assist in change management and community enablement activities
      • Desire to lead, promote internal growth and develop others



      • Experience in leading projects in process improvement, change management, organizational transformation, requirements management and/or facilitating workshops
      • Demonstrated understanding of internal social tools and technologies

Marketing Internship

Do your class presentations actually make peers excited to get up for your 8 am class? Are you the constant source of innovation behind your school government campaigns? Do you work well with a team but are looking for an opportunity to let your natural marketing abilities shine?


This internship will provide a comprehensive “marketing through sales” full lifecycle experience. Working with the company’s Founder and the current Enterprise Strategies’ marketing team, this intern will help design and participate in the marketing and sales activities needed to take a new service offering to market, or improve the sales and marketing performance of an existing offering. A large emphasis will be put on using social media and online marketing to both generate new leads and walk prospects through marketing and sales funnel stages. You will learn to use clickfunnels templates effectively to bring in new leads and generate sales for the company.


End of term deliverables: Marketing artifacts created and a detailed report showing intern’s marketing and sales results.

Research Internship

Do you enjoy contributing major findings to team members and classmates? Are you interested in helping to advance a company and see how critical research can set you apart from competitors?


A management consulting company is only as good as its research. This intern will work with the company’s Founder and Senior Advisors to conduct, package and (in some cases) present research for our sales and content marketing efforts as well as (in some cases) our clients.


End of term deliverables: Case studies, white papers, research briefs and topical articles and posts.



      • Excellent written and verbal skills
      • Ability to present findings
      • Must be extremely analytical
      • Experience creating case studies, whitepapers, research briefs, etc.
      • Experience creating infographics

Social Analytics Specialist / Programmer Internship


Do you love spreadsheets? Have you ever found yourself noticing direction and flow in everyday life? When you think of a job do you see yourself finding and analyzing trends imperative to company advancement? Do you enjoy working with large samples of data to try and find trends within an ever changing industry?


The use of social media both inside and outside of companies has provided tremendous learning opportunities. External social networks and communities offer critical insights into customer needs and the effectiveness of corresponding marketing and sales efforts. Internal social networks provide access to previously unknown employee knowledge as well as how employees are feeling and acting. This intern will have access to cutting edge tools and the responsibility of using them to their full potential to gather and present new insights. This is the least structured internship we are offering. This intern needs to be able to identify needs and design and create creative solutions. If you are looking to work either alone, or in a team of up to three, to create the next social business killer app or integration … this internship is for you.


End of term deliverables: Packaged new insights (infographics, data visualizations, etc.), and credit (but not Intellectual Property rights) for any new products or integrations created.



      • Understanding of social network analytics concepts
      • Ability to quickly learn and use new and or complex analytics tool sets as well as have a firm understanding of commonly available tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
      • Ability to apply programming knowledge to augment standard tool functionality
      • Understanding of advanced statistical analysis

      • Experience creating data visualizations and infographics
      • Experience with enterprise social networks and intranets
