Burke will be leading the firm’s digital and enterprise social business transformation and culture change service offerings.
Burke brings over 25 years of experience in helping companies across multiple industries define and sharpen business vision and formulate game changing strategies to maximize value from emergent technologies. As chief knowledge officer (CKO) at Unisys Corporation, she led the strategic visioning and implementation planning for its enterprise social business and culture transformation initiatives, and was responsible for the evolution of the company’s global knowledge management and collaboration programs and practices, including the redesign of its intranet and extranet environments.
In addition to her role as CKO, Burke served as the global portfolio leader for the Unified Social Business Practice at Unisys, where she was responsible for developing the company’s social business and change management solution offerings focused on helping clients successfully transform their businesses operations and culture in order to maximize workplace efficiency, drive innovation and growth, and attract, nurture and retain top talent.
Prior to Unisys, she served 14 years at Booz & Company, a global strategy consultancy, as its global knowledge manager. Prior to her tenure at Booz & Company, Burke served as Investor Relations Officer of Life Re Corporation.

She was featured in Information Week Magazine’s “Top Ten Social Business Leaders” in 2013 and “The BrainYard’s Seven Social Media Leaders of 2012.” She is also a former board member and strategic advisor to the Texas Ballet Theater, and is the founder and current executive director of Breaking Bread of Dallas, a nonprofit organization dedicated to redistributing baked goods from local bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores to homeless and domestic violence shelters, food banks and families in need within the North Dallas metroplex, where she currently resides.
